Glen Wolland
Mr. Wolland joined Q-Real Estate Partners, LLC at its inception in September of 2006. As a principal of Q-REP, Mr. Wolland continues to bring the depth of knowledge and experience of over twenty years in the real estate and construction fields. He has completed projects in virtually every field of construction, including out of the ground, new buildings, total rehabilitation and renovation, institutional and hospitality construction. He has extensive experience with exterior restoration and building envelope renovation.

Prior to joining Q-REP, Mr. Wolland spent 8 years working with the Rudin Management Company (RMC) in New York City as a Vice President of Design and Construction where his responsibilities included the oversight and full project management of multiple interior and exterior projects throughout the company’s portfolio.

Mr. Wolland also spent 5 years as a Senior Project Manager for CIC Inc., a New York City based construction management firm, where clients included New York University, Home Box Office, and the Abraham Joshua Heschel School.

Mr. Wolland has also completed multiple projects in the residential sector in and around Orange, Rockland and Westchester Counties, including single and multi-family housing developments. He is actively involved with Temple Israel of Northern Westchester, serving as a Vice President of the Board of Trustees

Mr. Wolland completed the Bachelor of Science program at Boston University School of Engineering with a concentration in Architecture as well receiving a BS in Business Administration from Concordia College.

Robert Quaco
Mr. Quaco founded Q-Real Estate Partners, LLC during 2006 and manages the firms investment projects and joint venture relationships. Mr. Quaco's details driven approach to managing projects has been honed over a nearly 20 year career over which time he has developed an extensive network of relationships throughout the finance, real estate and construction industries.

Mr. Quaco was a Partner and Executive Vice President of The Athena Group, LLC. At Athena, Mr. Quaco was integral in creating the firm's first real estate fund. He was primarily responsible for sourcing and closing real estate investment opportunities throughout the Northeast and in southern Florida.

Mr. Quaco received his real estate investment and analysis training as an analyst in the Real Estate Products Group of CS First Boston Corp, the investment bank now known as Credit Suisse, where he worked on a number of varying assignments including REIT advisory, agency securitization and principal transactions.

From 2003 through 2010, Mr. Quaco was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Columbia University in the Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation.
Mr. Quaco completed the Bachelor of Arts program at the University of Chicago.
