The founder of Q-REP, Mr. Robert Quaco, with over 20 years experience, adheres to the principle that the client's best interests are at the heart of every decision. Q-REP has a successful track record providing owner’s representation / project management, lender advisory services and “turn-key” development services as a partner and fee developer. The company prides itself on understanding all of the components of a project and communicating a clear message of expectations to all parties. Q-REP manages each project based on budget and schedule requirements updating information throughout the duration of the project. When complicated issues arise, Q-REP will explore all of the options, distill the information, and provide our client with a concise set of alternatives, clearly defined, along with a recommended course of action.
